What is the quality of SGD Springs?

SGD Springs are made using top-quality carbon steel ASTM material with oil tempering. Additionally, they undergo a double deep electrophoresis coating process, enhancing durability and rust resistance.

Our springs are manufactured using a specialized oil temper process to enhance the elasticity and flexibility of the carbon steel. The springs are baked during this process, and the electrophoresis coating assures rust prevention and longevity.

Our springs are strictly tested for up to 17,000 rotations, providing long-lasting performance.

Many of our competitors use ASTM A227, a cheaper material that breaks more easily. SGD Springs uses ASTM A229, the highest-quality material available to offer greater durability.

Customers are responsible for sending damaged items back to us for repair.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 business days so that your project doesn't get delayed. While others may take weeks or months, we prioritize prompt delivery.

We currently ship within the United States (all 48 states). We do not ship to other countries.
