SGD Springs X Catholic Charities

 In the spirit of the holidays, we wanted to give back to the community of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area. On Wednesday, November 27th, in tandem with the Supreme Garage Door team, we managed to make a donation to the amazing non-profit organization, Catholic Charities of Dallas. This organization provides vital services to the most marginalized communities in Dallas and its surroundings. Catholic Charities Dallas have been working tirelessly for more than two decades, providing families across a variety of programs to achieve self-sufficiency and stability. This organization offers 30 programs to better assist the most marginalized people in our community, some of these programs are: children's services, immigration services, family services, homelessness services, and more. This week, we had the opportunity to make an in-kind donation for the children and educational services to bring joy to families in this beautiful Thanksgiving season.

Along with the Supreme Garage Door team, we managed to deliver a total of over 60 items. These items included toys for pre-teens, toiletries for families, and more! According to one of the coordinators for the children's services, this magnificent donation covers around 80% of all the wishlist in-kind donations for both the children's services and educational services. This effort would not have been possible without the help of our amazing coordinators: Henry Racheum, President of SGD Group; and finally, the incredible team of Supreme Garage Door Repair TX. We also would like to extend our gratitude to the superb team of Catholic Charities and the Director of Marketing & Communication, Aubree Auletta. These individuals worked day and night to make lives better for families in the DFW area, and we wanted to make sure their work doesn't go unnoticed.
